Step 2: Design Proposal & Quotation
Once we understand your needs, we’ll prepare:

A proposed layout plan based on your space

Moodboard or reference images to capture the style

A detailed quotation, including renovation scope
We go through everything with you — room by room — so you’re clear on the cost breakdown and design direction before committing.
Step 3: Design Development
This is where the fun begins! Together, we’ll explore:

Material selections (tiles, laminates, paints, etc.)

Colour schemes, lighting plans, fittings, and carpentry

3D drawings or renderings for a clearer visualisation
Your preferences matter. We’ll guide you with suggestions, but the final call is always yours. Our goal is to marry aesthetic beauty with everyday functionality.
Step 4: Project Planning & Scheduling
Once designs are confirmed and the contract is signed, we prepare the site for renovation. This includes:

HDB/MCST submission (if required)

Scheduling the renovation timeline

Ordering materials and coordinating with suppliers
We also brief our contractors and ensure that all the groundwork is solid before construction starts.
Step 5: Renovation Begins
Now, it’s time to turn plans into reality! During renovation:

We’ll keep you updated on progress with photos and messages

Any hiccups (e.g., site surprises) will be flagged early and resolved efficiently
You don’t have to chase or coordinate with multiple parties — we handle everything for you.
Step 6: Final Touches & Styling
Once major works are done, we handle the final details:

Installing light fixtures, glass panels, mirrors, and soft furnishings

Final cleaning and site inspection

Step 7: Handover & Aftercare
We walk through your new space with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If there are any minor touch-ups, we’ll settle them quickly.
And even after handover, we’re just a message away if you need support.
